His comment on costs was $4k-$6k but I have no idea what that includes and I think it was a guess having no foreclosure experience in AL.Do you have any good web sites I can read about the process or anything else not immediately obvious?

Every positive review on their website are from people who just found them and are happy like they found a gold nugget in their backyard and have zero experience with their accounting department or have yet to file a claim.I am thankful for finding this discussion as it helped me realize there are multiple options for STR. 

Hoping to breathe life into this thread... for those with Baselane, I just realized their hours are super limited, which is a problem because I'm trying to log into my account and the website is looping.

They also seem to be keeping up with the LLC state filings every year (I check the secretary of state website from time to time).

Easily the difference between getting referrals for new clients and getting unfavorable reviews.I also do respectfully disagree with the idea which many here echo'd that there's 0 benefit to a PM when owners property appreciates....when properties are worth more they rent for more, and PM's will earn higher mgmt fees and higher placement fees all while providing the same exact service.

With the selection on PM's, I mean this respectfully, maybe you do not understand how to find a good PM.

I would recommend just going to their website and filling out the inquiry form, the agent I worked with was Kyle B but it seems like part of their schtick is that it's all technology based insurance brokering to save you $ so I don't know that reaching out to a specific agent like a normal insurance quote would work!
