Agreed, I understand things happen and there's civility and reputation to maintain. 

I don't think any of reputable PMs folks use here on BP do that.

Hi all,There are many reputable companies who will list properties (for sale) on realtor.ca for a flat fee without the use of an agent, hence saving commissions, but I haven't been able to find anyone reputable for leases. 

This will establish you as a reputable company it will also be able to link you with your leads .2#  Make it make since You must have properties that are at a low enough price for your investors and be able to make a profit at the same time .

No one will want to every let you take an assignment from them if you get a reputation for backing out of deals.

@Chris BerryYes, that is one of the greatest tool for real estate investing.You can show it to lenders to get low rates and quick loan from reputable lenders.

The  hallmark of scammers is advance fees, but I'd also be worried about giving them your personal info and SS#.As a physician, I'd bet you can get a decent line/loan from any number of reputable lenders.

They are usually always willing to help point you towards their better/more reputable customers because they get more business from the recommendation. 

Sellers are naturally looking for someone that is easy to work with, and pre qualified with a reputable lender.

What is his reputation?
