Maybe you should define Southern MD,  because I see some people referring to places that I wouldn't consider to be Southern MD.  

I contacted one of my local agents here and she told me to refer to her coaching program assistant.

So for example:  NNN usually refers to taxes, insurance, and maintenance. 

House hacking is a term some people here use to refer to getting a roommate in your own home. 

The tenants must have a strong application and a landlord reference with the cat, pay a larger deposit and higher rent, and they are inspected more often.Nothing will stop the odor.

See if they are allowed to answer or if they refer you back to your advisor.

It all comes down to the actual opportunity presented, and understanding those risks while balancing the possible reward.
