It's taken about 10 months, but I'm no longer re-creating the wheel with the purchase of each new property.  

Finally, I had the idea to take out credit against my house but then realized that probably means re-creating a loan, basically, including her financial situation.So now I'm back to the drawing board (working my *** off to try to save cash to buy these properties).

That is a high priority for me to develop supplemental investment income from real estate to add with my recreational income so that I can purchase more real estate assets over time.

I stay away from rural areas unless it is near a major lake or recreation area where people need to store boats or RV's.

We have loved going to McCall our whole lives as we're both big into skiing/snowboarding, and in the summer we love to recreate in the outdoors there.

For example: I have researched and targeted 5 acre parcel in XYZ County and only want to contact properties zoned: vacant land, residential, recreational, etc.

Lots of new construction, large beautiful churches, lots of green spaces, all surrounding a huge lake for recreation.  

I think there are a lot of people wanting to move into places that are a little more rural, fresh air, lots of recreation, rivers, lakes, etc. and get away from the hustle and bustle.
