We moved walls, added a laundry room inside the property, added a patio, added privacy fencing, added an automatic sliding gate, closed off exterior doors, added exterior doors, new windows, and all the cosmetic upgrades you'd expect in a flipped house.

There's been a lot written on the topic but most is directed towards guests and their security/privacy protection. 

I only found out after seeing a sign posted on a back sliding glass door (privacy fence gate was open) that said, Residents must smoke outside.

If the property isn't there then they won't be able to discuss it with me because I'm not on the loan itself (due to privacy).My vacant property isn't on the REO website.  

Also the lot on this house is 0.33 acres so there is a lot of privacy from that aspect as well. 

Some pains on privacy and cleanliness, but I've never had to worry about being super choosy when it comes to gender.  

I even tried calling her doctors, but because of privacy, got nowhere. 

Yet, these noteholders or the foreclosure attorneys, won't give payoff figures prior to the sale because of privacy laws.I've posted messages on this topic on BP just now hoping someone might know of a solution.
