However could you help me prioritize some critical questions to ask via some sort of a list?

I have been reading and watching the podcasts as well and am excited to network and meet other investors, agents, contractors etc. to possibly collaborate with in the future. 

In my class I met someone who does general contracting (we're meeting), a couple that does cleaning (commercial and residential), a painter, a couple who owns a custom cabinetry company, and a stager/designer (good to know, but my sister is great at interior design and I'll probably collaborate with her for staging/decorating at least in the beginning).

I'm currently trying to find a good deal to finance via FHA loan.Let me know how we can collaborate.

In all honesty, if I'm flipping 15 houses a year and know the ropes an agent is going to prioritize me as a client over a newbie investor. if you are one.
