I've seen credits that are 75% of the monthly rent and higher. This is a great option because so many sellers are clueless.Great points there, this is sort of the wild west for a educated buyer to take advantage of an uneducated seller pretending to be educated.

Goals, Mission statement, a strategy and specific outline" those are framework items.Instead of trying to get a formal written document together for this, pretend you had $200,000 cash in the bank and wanted to use it as minimally as possible to make ONE deal in the next 2 years. Then ask yourself can you verbalize: what you want to do, specifically.

Quite the contrary; it seems like we're still slaves to said power grid, just with a massive new expense added.Anyways, state and local government across the country are forcing this on people, and the tide isn't likely to turn, so you might as well make money; I just won't pretend this new law in California is anything other than the usual overreach by a totalitarian state government.

You can find the phone number of their employer ONLINE instead of trusting them to give you the phone number of their friend who pretends to be their employer.I have acquired over 1,000 units - so I don't do the above myself but I have property managers do them for me.

To cut your own aggravation over dealing with a teen, you might want to think about having a carrot and a road map to increase the likely hood he will follow through and that you won't have to nag him to follow through. The carrot, maybe something he likes, or thinks is adult-like, such an afternoon at the driving range and lunch out somewhere he chooses for the two of you.The road map, a (short) bulleted list of say 3 books (maybe eBooks he can read on his phone)A test to ensure he has read them by pretending you have not read them yet, and have him "Teach You" what was in the books before he can earn the carrots. And if it were me I'd start with Rich Dad Poor Dad as number 1.Good Luck!
