New to Real Estate in Columbus, OH

Any advice is good advice.

I haven’t had any deals so how do I conduct a conversation with lenders or even the sellers. Any information once again is great information ! Thank you

@Chelsi Hairston As mentioned finding a lender shouldn't be difficult. A lot of people would want your business as long as you are bankable! Finding the right property is a different story. I would recommend lurking over here or watching the webinars to get yourself familiarized with the do's and don't. REI meet are also a great source of knowledge and opportunities too. Good luck!
