Has anyone had success utilizing bird dogs or wholesalers who specialize in cultivating mobile home park leads?

I have an older but in very good shape 2000sf double wide mobile home. 4bed 2bath central air/heat. 

I was told in Mobile you need to have the deed.

Ive got a new MHP in Missouri and I am in the process of owner financing out the mobiles and need a good land lease for the spaces.

We determined to buy a home in each of these locations in a mobile home community and went to them during the best weather of the year in each.Even though I retired at age 29 and have explained that both in my book and on Bigger pockets, it did not hurt my ego to stay in something for a lot less than $850,000!

I've been  taking up  a payment  on a mobile home  for five years  we have paper  between the owners  and us  that we wrote  what else do I need to do to make sure  that  the mobile home goes to us  when we finish don't really have money for a lawyer  can I take something to the courthouse

Recently, one of my mobile homes has had several plumbing issues. 1st pipe burst underneath.
