@Mark Fries Have you had any experience with used HVAC?

I am a Sabbath observer and am unable to be reached from sundown Fri till Sundown Sat (which is prob when most of the questions happen also). 

A fried suggested cashing in retirements (my wife and I have 2 small ones) to get a down payment for a house to live in and keeping the rental which is producing cash and is 15 years away from being paid off if we don't increase principle pay down (which we intend to do).

I'm sure some client's might get annoyed that it's not plastic but I love that idea lol

Last night, the dryer fried $300-500 worth of my clothes.I am curious if anyone has any idea what my options are / how I should handle this relative crappy situation with 354 days remaining on my lease.

Reason for the switch, better schedule 7:30am to 3:30pm mon-fri.

I agree with both @Eric H. and @Mark Fries - it could be a fair housing issue and 9 people living in a property is hard on the property. 

So many of them appear to also be plastic painted to look like metal.Anyone gone through something similar and happy w/what you installed?
