Aloha,Looks like a fiberglass or plastic shower base, non-repairable.

If you aren't redoing the bathroom and are working with the pink and black retro look, I would just hang a clear Plastic shower liner on the shower rod so yu don't deal with another color and give the bathroom a more open look. 

To fix this, I usually just put one of those large round, plastic door knob stops over the hole.  

Low/no-lead brass is much more expensive to make than leaded brass (I know because we use and buy a lot of it in the utility industry), so a lot of the faucet manufacturers either switched to plastic or raised prices when the new no-lead specs went into place in 2014.  

(2) Resin Art It's basically encasing miniature scenes, or art pieces, made with odds and ends in plastic.

Sometimes they have sprinkler system that spray the water into the air or on plastic lining the banks of the pond.

I keep hearing that its so much cheaper to build here... but I really think its because I have good people that work for me and we typically build the same thing over and over, which keeps the cost down.for $50/ft you get electric wall heaters, plastic laminate countertops, white appliances, square corners ect ect.

Those little dogs tend to pee all over the carpet.If it's not too late, keep a sample of the smelly carpet in a plastic bag in case you end up in court.  

If not, I have had good luck with the rubbermaid type plastic sheds.

I actually went to Home Depot to smell it myself, and I did catch a nasty whiff of burnt plastic from even their sample squares of the sticky Allure.
