the above posts are spot on...it's all about fear...like marc, i was in college, and figured, what the hell...if i lose everything i could always go back to bartending...luckily i haven't had to yet, but i would if i had to..used to meet a lot of cute girls that way :wink: i guess it gets harder as you age, get married, have children and need more financial security..i could live on 500 bucks a month if i had to, so that helped alleviate some fears as well

IDK about this site, I came upon it by seraching out my rights, as I am supposed to be the mortgage buyer in a messed up owner financing (my husbands sister) printed off computer , no credit check, for debt to credit ratio(in compliance to an interest rate percentage, no attny. or loan originator, a psycho mess, for a sweet and courteous girl like me to have gotten privy to.

In this case, at the ages of the kids it would be fine if you have two girls and two boys and the rooms meet or exceed (I believe it's) 72sq ft for each person or that bed room being at least 144 sq ft.

We found having full time tenants that the place was better taken care of.The first year we owned the building, we had a young girl in our 1 bedroom who ended up breaking her lease in September (started May 1) and you could tell she only wanted to be there for the summer,b ut by the time she moved out we finally caught on.
