A pet peeve perhaps....but too many decorate their places like they are hotel rooms.

I was clear when we met that we have a 2 pet maximum.

You would need to see if there are children/pets in the unit, but Advion works wonders on ants.

My understanding is that Pet fees, move in fees, application fees, etc. are all illegal.

I even allow pets. 

Have always rented to pet owners for a premium in the past.

I’ve had many inquires on property ie can we schedule a viewing, when can we see property, do you accept pets etc. the problem is, I’ll reply back to everyone but there is not follow-up.

I never collect last months rent but I collect First, deposit equal to first month, and usually a 600 pet deposit.
