BP and investing in general is more a passion thing for me, I have been an investor almost twice as long as an agent and I volunteer a lot, I am on the board of the RPA (Rental Property Association - a non profit advocating for lanlords) and I do all the marketing for the RPA, teach free classes etc

I believe in the power of networking and fostering meaningful connections to grow both personally and professionally.While I'm still finding my footing in this industry, I'm driven by a passion for helping others and collaborating on future opportunities.

I am only so passionate because it has truly blessed me.

Ceiling fans, 40 inch Roku smart TV, and all utilities are included.

I still work a lot, but it's things I enjoy and am passionate about, and the value I provide benefits me personally, not some boss somewhere.

The short-term reward of higher cashflow can be negated when the crap hits the fan like you shared, and years of profit are lost.

I'm not a fan, of this idea, but there are some property managers around that charge $150/person app fee. 

I'm not the biggest fan of Whitehall or Hilltop.
