I have been listening to the podcasts religiously since the day I discovered BP, and have also been taking advantage of all the massive amounts of information from the blogs, forums, and free books provided. 

If you had a medium size commercial property and you are doing massive amounts of work then I could see the need for all of that but otherwise...forget it.

I converted two living areas into bedrooms and did a massive overhaul.

rents on topsham maine are bit all over map, generally higher than lisbon lewiston but not much lower than Brunswick if inside rt 295 line closer to downtown and river. zillow isnt used much as CL. if you rent section 8 or vouchers look to add price of landlord paid heating, snow ice removal, salt sanding,  which this season has been massive. 

Put a massive solar farm there - if you can get the zoning for it. 

I'm not looking for massive growth but rather just invest as things come up. 

The surrounding area is being developed with a number of large residential projects and is about to see a massive influx of money from the owner of the Jaguars. 

Before you go out and just spend a massive amount of money for CPA and/or Attorney.

And then, we have some behemoths getting into the game.Zillow Offers is essentially wholesaling on a massive scale right now.
