I was able to drive the property a couple of days later, and I realized no i should not chase a rezone, and actually property similar to this will be removed from my list.

There is a lot of grey area on this site, as there is on most sites, and in the interest of wanting to be fair to posters and not be ridiculously heavy handed, most mods will give posters the benefit of the doubt on the front end, maybe with removing a post and a warning or something similar.

It would be great to connect with those who have already covered some distance on a similar journey as well as those who are just starting!

What I have done in similar situation in the past was split the cost with the tenant.

However, banks that are located in the same general area will typically offer similar loan products.

I work with similar first-time developers across the country, including helping them find loans for their projects.
