But I think you have different business models generally speaking when it comes from being a SFR type landlord and then being in the bigger development building type business.Landlords on SFR in most markets simply cant pay top dollar contractors  economics dont work.. and TOP flight professional contractors want nothing to do with SFR remodels for investors..

As far as a mountain town Park City is a great location. 30 minutes from a major airport with direct flights from many cities.
