The weight of a PPP comes down to the investor and how they plan to hold or sell the property and over what time frame. 

On a lighter note; it seems the agent and the seller are being honest about the tenant situation.

There definitely are negatives to it but the positives out weight those negatives.

It could be someone you intern for, or just an individual that you have met and attracted into your network.Know this: that person is worth their weight in gold, and can be the primary person that you run things past or ask questions as you move through your day.

I believe these things helped the tenant move faster and with two big weights off his shoulders; no cleanup and good movers. 

Earning the certificate in your mentor's program probably won't hold weight elsewhere.

They do have some really nice discounts.They don't care about your financing so an all cash offer has zero weight when two deals are being compared.

It's a fascinating, yet kind of concerning topic, so it should hold some weight to it. 

I've done the weighted average interest on a rate and term vs. cash out refi and often the effective interest rate for the cash out means you're paying between 7-9% for that money....the reason being you're paying the higher rate on not only the cash, but also the entire remaining mortgage balance.

It allows me to pack lighter because I can reuse the clothes I have or if time permits I actually do a load before I get home so then I can just unpack and call it a day.
