I do think there is something significant happening per the laws being put in place by cities, and I do agree cities in general tend to be legislated by one party, while outside cities it’s majority republican.

I will be eventually locating to Los Angeles but have concerns about investing there first given high taxes, high insurance (wildfires), and housing legislation.

@Sean H.Politics have never been predictable, and now less than ever before.That said, for any significant tax legislation to see the light, Biden (or Trump) will need support both in the House and in the Senate.

Too many small time landlords have a laxed attitude on major legislation and aren't contacting their local representative to explain their hardship.

@Gail W.The price per acre here in Saskatchewan is quite a bit lower than your neck of the woods, primarily due to legislation that is extremely restrictive of foreign ownership of more than 10 acres of land.
