On our team, we really push for servant leadership with each and every interaction we have during the day.  

You might have a winner here but I am betting that you have missed something or have incorrect info from your ins agent (needs to know the property is a rental) / property tax numbers (look for state/county and CITY property taxes not just county taxes) / attend a HOA meeting meet the leadership and get a feel for their agenda IE New roofs Paving etc that will cause fee surges.

If it's a condo, check out the financials of the condo association and be absolutely sure they have money and they have a good leadership team in place such as a board of directors or management company.

We set our rents at the cap of an E-5, since they are forming families, have achieved a bit of maturity with leadership skills...and there are many more E-5s than O-5s at this locations. 

Masslandlords.net has chapters around the state, but also NWCLA is very good, as the leadership is very knowledgeable.  

This is only one example of the crazy leadership of that "progressive"/socialist city.  

Turning on each other or blaming the leadership at BP is counterproductive.

I'll try to stay away from being political here - but if the city has a left of center political reputation and management / leadership style.
