This year is so crucial I want too see whether lender like LoanCore survive this year or not … it would be easy to reinvest in 2026

I visited Huntsville and Madison last year on a real estate scouting trip, but didn't make it as far as Hazel Green. 

As far as houses go, the ones I see the most (at least the costly ones) have to do with the roof honestly.

By making equity raise small and max leverage they try to pump returns with tax savings because the cash distribution is so poor so tout overall returns ( think of Wal-mart touting overall pay for employees at 30 an hour when most of that is covering some insurance and other benefits type fluff versus what someone would take home on a check).

As far as primary If you find a place you’d be comfortable living for let’s say the next 5+ years I’d say go for it.
