Anchorage Multifamily Builders

Marshall Baxter
Posted

Hi everyone,

We are considering moving up to Anchorage and I’m interested in building a new four-plex from the ground up.

Looking to build something straightforward, nice, with some upgrades finished, but just a basic residential building. Nothing custom or anything special. Can anyone point me in the right direction as far as some reputable builders that are available for such a project? Also, could anyone give me a little more information on what I might expect to pay in price per foot for this type of construction in Anchorage?

Preliminarily, I have looked at Spindell Homes, but not sure if they would build a fourplex. Planning to call them tomorrow. Does anyone have any experience on working with them and/or their product?

Thanks!

Marshall
