The letter should introduce yourself as an investor, saying that you are currently actively buying in the area and that you thought their building can be a good fit to your portfolio provided it meets your criteria. 

Wanted to make a post to  1) introduce myself and 2) make an attempt to hold myself accountable.

We are hoping to expand our knowledge in Real Estate, network as much as possible and well I took on the challenge of one of the most recent podcast and that was to become a member and introduce myself.  

My name is Cody McVay and I am just getting started on my journey into real estate investing and wanted to formally introduce myself to the bp community.

I work with one bank only, they are not the cheapest, but I never had an issue getting a loan with them, getting a loan is a super easy, they have introduced me to people that have helped me tremendously on my business, they let me know about deals, etc.

Just introducing myself here.
