You may need to call once a month for a year and most times you won't talk about real estate, you offer your help if they need anything.

Search the forums, asking around, and talk to some lenders.

Who knows but I think your case is outside of what I am talking about. 

I have units without washer and dryer and they rent fine but I found myself showing to people who really wanted the washer dryer way too often so I do put that in the ad and review it again on talking to them.
