Down the road I would be very interested in a much larger property but want to make sure I can handle the ownership/management of some smaller ones first.My wife is very risk adversed which makes this first purchase quite the battle at times but I am very confident we will be successful and grow our portfolio over time.I look forward to meeting and interacting with everyone!

I've only had one interaction with a VA loan, I was selling and the buyer used a VA loan.

I was drawn to here by people saying you can pick up, learn, interact, network, discuss and blog about the same RE investment knowledge for FREE here that you would pay $500-$10000 for!

if you have hundreds of good posts you are taken much ,more seriously.It is good to interact but your first few posts giving testimonials just lack the reliability of long term posters.

I'd approach every interaction (including posts on BP) without that bit of information in your mind and ignore it anytime he brings it up.

Listen to all the podcasts they are awesome, be active in the forums and interact with people.
