Currently they have completely sold out of phase 1& 2 and are offering phase 3.4.  

During our due diligence phase, we are doing the inspections etc.

Right now I’m in the “give everyone 5 stars on everything and tell them I did so and ask them to return the favor” phase.

I am in a location which recently agreed, thankfully, to phase out rent control upon vacancy.

I'm currently in the learning and saving phase, to invest in either SFH or small multifamily properties within the next 1-2 years.

I'm still in the beginning phases of investing in real estate, but the ball is rolling and I'll definitely need to talk with a realtor soon.

I'm in the middle of one currently, still in rehab phase, not exactly a BRRRR because I bought it outright and secured a commercial loan on the property itself, but i would love to meet with some people in the area to bounce ideas off of.
