They have gotten smart and used to just have dispute it is not mine.Now they have all these options of dispute balance is incorrect etc. or put a statement of writing in file that you disagree with your outcome.

Don't file the note unless required by state law.Good to hear you have a RMLO on the job along with your attorney.Your note purchase agreement should be made with/without recourse under the agreed terms, that in the event of certain conditions or if relied upon information is incorrect the note buyer has or may not have rights against the seller of the obligation.
