South and East Boston are two of the hottest markets in the city but would be better long-term holds in my opinion but very tough to find good deals.  

@Romil S.Right now Round Rock is the hottest place to invest from what I am seeing. the last 2 props that I did in RR, one leased out in 2 days and the other 5 days.

In general Pinal County has tremendous growth happening now and in the future, one of the hottest counties in the country.The 24 freeway is expected to open later this year and beyond that is another freeway connecting the east side to I-10 in the planning.

It’s also uneven across the market segments and price bands as we are still seeing multiple offers over-ask in the hottest market segments, while properties in the less desirable locations/ certain price points are dropping their prices and still not getting any offers. 

It was even the 5th hottest housing market in 2022 according to https://learn.roofstock.com/blog/columbus-oh-real-estate-market.

I would say the hottest areas to flip right now are closer to the center of the city.

If so, you are possibly one of the hottest resources in REI—an investor-friendly GC.

The hottest markets are actually in the SE portions of the City right now.  

Being the hottest part of the year in Florida this was expected.

Thus, the turnover rate of homes isn't the hottest.
