This is the same type of mentality behind the people or person who is fighting to change the name of the Boy Scouts or America, an institution that has been around for well over 100 years because her daughter wanted to do the activities and felt that it was sexist to be named Boy Scouts and not include the girls, even though the Girl Scouts have their own name and club to begin with.

I remember in one case, a girl was distraught, not in not getting the apartment, but that I have all the info on her, and demanded her original application back.

I met a girl at a concert and, after a date or two, decided I couldn't couldn't keep picking her up in that car. 

I would also put an addendum in their lease stating they're responsible for any costs you incur due to their trespassing (lawyer fees, judgement amounts, etc).Also, consider getting a camera that aims toward the parking lot so you can see if they're trespassing when accused (you could get a wi-fi enabled camera and put it in the apartment of a tenant who is not trespassing).Finally, I would tell the other landlord the things you're doing in an attempt to stop the trespassing from happening.

I've been there and looked around and saw the possible opportunities, but I guess being a city girl it didn't dawn on me the extent of the value that is there!

She came back with a first emotionally plea and then of course the blackmail with accusing us of letting them live in a house with mold and her children getting sick from it and she having to take them to the hospital.We have always responded to all maintenance complaints in a timely manner and also addressed the rather small mold issue (water leaking through the side of the back door, replaced the whole door).Now, where do we go from here?

Before flushing it down the toilet, I will sometimes hold the wad of tissue up and say, "does anyone want to see the ...." and before the sentence is finished there are screaming girls running from the scene!
