On BP there is a lot of 10Xing goals so you can fly your plane around to oversee your empire. 

We have been on the hunt for a few months, and it seems like everything is flying off the shelves or we are in a bidding war.

One thing that I haven't done yet but I think will be beneficial for me is hopping in a plane for a few hours and flying a predetermined path noting new growth, infrastructure construction etc.

A good note will have an acceleration clause and, in my case it accelerates to the max. possible interest rate allowed which is 18% in Fl. I

The way I see it I could borrow from family/friends, but those funds will need to be traced, so unless I'm sneaky and get "gift letters" this won't fly with traditional financing.I could structure a deal and make them partners to the investment, but I want to I will want to pay them off within 1 1/2 years.
