I'll be interested to see how the stock market and the Corona Virus affect the housing market here in Arkansas and around the Nation.

It's likely if you stay at this you will be exposed to the Investing Virus, which is quite contagious and quickly escalates excitement to also include obsession.

Market time data is misleading now because of the Corona virus so I don't know how much to trust the Romeoville data but the Average market time is 86 days.

Watching the news, Maryland stopped evictions and utilities cant turn off service during this virus event .

It’s kind of like asking what’s the best neighborhood to invest in.....it depends on the investor’s strategy and resources.Inventory is still tight here in Cleveland, seems to be loosening up just a little since the start of the Holiday season and new virus spike.  

I also find them and HUD-VASH (Veterans) more stable in this virus and eviction moratorium environment. 

I wonder if any kind of internet network connection I could come up with would enable people to access other's computers or inadvertently spread viruses or basically cause me maintenance or irate tenants.
