Hello,

I'm new to the real estate world. Looking to buy a house to flip in the 90k-100k range. Also very interested in house hacking a 3 flat. But I need to continue reading up on owning rental properties before I dive into that world. But would be very interested in any advise on what areas to look at to flip a house. Currently looking at the Romeoville area.
