Was there some book you read, some class or YT info you drew upon?

In the Orlando, FL area, people are desperate for bookings and are trying to get guests in their house that sleeps 10 for $99 a night?

I am considering purchasing pro and want to know if I will have access to the books for free.

I realize this is a complex concern so just looking for general advice here based on the experiences of others.I would manage bookings and client communications aside from maybe an on call service for at night.
