At this point we are in the information gathering phase while saving up money for a down payment.I am extremely fascinated by all aspects of the industry and I am especially keen on the subjects that relate to the above strategy of remote buy-and-hold.

I'm newly fascinated with the idea of investing in real estate and trying to figure out the best way to get started. 

In particular, the sub-to strategy is fascinating.

I just thought it was fascinating how a challenge like a statue requiring lender notification of intent to transfer title (lemons) could be turned on its head to create a DOS waiver (lemonade)...not really the point of the thread I guess.

I'm fascinated by the concept of Subject To and I would like to analyze a few completed deals to better understand the process.

Robert Kiyosaki has some books that tend to be at thrift stores, and has many books outside Rich Dad Poor Dad…. and sometimes at libraries… once,  I found a copy of “Fake” in a public library and it gets into the real definition of money, what it is and isn’t, fascinating read I need to finally buy one day. 

I've seen other articles that include some pictures of the setup required to 'print' a small structure and it's complicated and fascinating.
