Hey Jeffrey,Sounds like quite the utility puzzle!

This resulted in unexpected medical expenses, and it's the piece of the puzzle that has me conflicted the most.

A big risk, and a big piece to the puzzle of the long-term goal of making this city a technology hub.

So stick with the brokers.Maybe this has been mentioned in the past but I thought I would suggest it for those looking to put this piece of the puzzle in place.

When it comes to protecting your assets, the most crucial part of the puzzle is that maintenance and capex are at a minimum.

This will dictate where you purchase and look for properties based on that number alone.My point is that you always start with the end in mind and work it backwards, this creates the strategy (Buy and hold, flip, Wholesale, Notes) which will be driven by the tactic (SFR, MFR, Mobile homes, Short term rental etc) I always coach people and explain that the property is actually the last piece of the puzzle not the first.Hope this helps

I would have to do research to obtain their number anyone as well as see if they are on the list.The final piece of the puzzle is I might just go over and knock on their door.
