I'd say it's an evolutionary thing but, that's when we are vulnerable and this is why I believe it is likely it's an evolutionary thing by them.

At the end of the term they exercise their option agreement, execute an agreement of purchase, get approved for a mortgage and take title of the property.Make sure you work with an experienced mortgage broker and lawyer to make sure you do things right for your area. 

I’m currently under contract on 2 other properties.The question: Am I able to use one of the other properties I’m already under contact on, to offset the sale of the first property and execute the 1031?
