I can get back with you pretty quickly once I see it.We have a couple options that could work for you: 1) Complete staging - where we do the main areas (entry, kitchen, dining, living, baths) and 2) Virtual staging - where we use a computer program to stage the home so it shows well in pictures for the MLS listing.

That means taking down two walls around the tiny kitchen to open it up to the dining room and living room, tile the floor, put in an island, and redo the bathroom completely (tile for floor and walls).

Theres three seprate buildings the Main building is 10 bed facility with 10 bedrooms and 6 baths plus office, utility room, kitchen, dining room, den room and storage rooms.

(no garage) single story, lap siding, vinyl windows, laminate roof.We won't add the removal of any walls from the kitchen to the dining room (like we usually do) because this can vary depending on if it's a load bearing wall, if it has plumbing, electrical or heating to reroute, reconfigure or remove etc.

The house was pretty bad on the outside but as I went up to the door to take a look and drop a card I noticed the inside of the dining room (no curtains) had graffiti all over the inside.

A dining area will separate the kitchen from the living space, think sectional with TV. ( I have rough blueprints with room layouts etc. that I will post later.)The 2nd floor will feature a master bedroom with nearly 12 foot ceilings, a huge walk-in closet, washer/dryer, and an office/nursery.Finally, the 3rd floor will have 2 very comfortable size bedrooms that share a bathroom with double sink.
