I didn't think much of it, then when I went into the laundry room, I found a pipe full of weed on top of the washing machine.

@Sam Amir Why would damage to the garage be treated any differently than damage to a washing machine?

It seems like the percentage concept is not a great deal for wholesalers because many want the cash up front to feed the lead machine.  

I would much prefer to buy into a different kind of business i.e. restaurant or machine shop or equipment rental or buy a 100 foot crane for tree work or changing light bulbs.  

Even if there is, it seems like a bit much to me to have the tenants switching plugs on the machines just to do their laundry.
