I think what Pam was getting at was that most consumers are only chasing the "5000 sq ft American Dream" and are not completely aware of the ramifications of what they are signing.

Do i even have a chance of making anything on this deal, or am i only dreaming if i think ANYONE in their right mind would finance a person with bad credit and no experience?
