Hello All,

I have been a mortgage finance specialist in Las Vegas, NV for several years, and have helped others realize their potential and dreams with real estate investment. Through my experiences I have always felt intimidated by being in the drivers seat myself, and cautious about leaving my comfort zone.

But now, with my retirement goal looming, I feel I need to place my feet in this arena, and begin my own personal investment portfolio, in addition to continuing what I do best, provide financing to others.

I believe by joining this forum, I can do both. Ask for advice as I encounter new situations and offer a service to anyone who might need financing resolutions.
