We got a letter from the local fire department that said they would use the trailer for training and they would burn it for a $500 donation.

I bet it would not be out of the realm of possibility if the big hotels actually donated money to help enforcement..

Every day someone get's in a car wreck, sucks without doubt, and i do not donate my vehicles to them.

Y can be a variety of things , like donating money to an anti charity or scrubbing the floors .

My question is can I subdivide the land into 2 parcels, 1 acre and 9 acres of subdivision and give the 9 acres away/donate to a non profit or back to the county/state?
