We also buy quite a bit of liability coverage and umbrella coverage.That having been said we do always question how replacement cost is computed as underwriting is often doing that from 1,000 miles away on a data base knowing nothing about the property and they have always been willing to adjust a bit when we have felt it appropriate.

I'm looking for a CRM with the following:-The ability to save important documents such as leases, invoices from contractors etc (right now I have everything saved in files on my computer)-The ability to receive payments-Some accounting capabilities (tracking basic expenses, ROI, etc)There's so many options on the market and I don't know what's best for my needs.

We've been using Quickbooks so that's what I recommend, either the QBO Plus (with Class feature) or the QB Desktop.

I use rentredi, for the most part it’s great, affordable easy to use, and it’s integrated with latchel which is pretty cool. but a couple of my issues with it are, there’s no way for a tenant to access and pay on a desktop, only smartphone app.
