Desktop underwriting often does produce a lower value vs a full appraisal.  

As a computer guy, I can't help but recommend grafana as a vis tool but you need to bring your own data and data store.

Go to your county recorder's office and request the lists (they may also have self service computers to look up these files).

We also buy quite a bit of liability coverage and umbrella coverage.That having been said we do always question how replacement cost is computed as underwriting is often doing that from 1,000 miles away on a data base knowing nothing about the property and they have always been willing to adjust a bit when we have felt it appropriate. 

Went back to school, and now I'm taking my last two classes to earn my bachelor's in Computer Science.

Esp if it is how someone earns their living (computer, etc) 

I'm looking for a CRM with the following:-The ability to save important documents such as leases, invoices from contractors etc (right now I have everything saved in files on my computer)-The ability to receive payments-Some accounting capabilities (tracking basic expenses, ROI, etc)There's so many options on the market and I don't know what's best for my needs.

We've been using Quickbooks so that's what I recommend, either the QBO Plus (with Class feature) or the QB Desktop.

I use rentredi, for the most part it’s great, affordable easy to use, and it’s integrated with latchel which is pretty cool. but a couple of my issues with it are, there’s no way for a tenant to access and pay on a desktop, only smartphone app.
