Hello I'm looking for a good investor title company and/or real estate attorney in the Sarasota area if anyone can recommend someone they have used.

I don't think it is a bad idea to find work in real estate somehow as it will allow you to be comfortable with being around it in general, such as a property management company.

I get that.. but if your a top producer this is just cost of doing bizz to the title company orr closing attorney if your a one off agent you may have to pony up the money but to me it was necessary..

Look at the contractor company doing the repairs.

It will not replace humans in any shape or form, opendoor tried it, listing spark tried it, they are the two worst companies to deal with. 

I worked for a property management company that requires all potential tenants to check into the main office prior to showing as a means to provide a safe showing for the employees.

Scumbag company. 

Everyone else is through tech, private equity, stocks, building operating companies, etc.At the end of the day, investing is investing.

We are now beginning to crack down more as some insurance companies for property owners are asking for copies of all renter's insurance policies to issue liability coverage on properties.Aside from having in leases that renter's insurance is a requirement, how do others actually enforce the tenant getting it?
