This is why I have chosen to be an REI, to become financially free, so I can make better use of the time I have to spend with family and friends, a better future for my children, and a better environment for people who do don't have.  

Any ideas for saving on furniture/supplies?

The installer of the floor kept following up for finished pictures with baseboard, furniture, etc so he could add to his portfolio.

Since I was 14 I have sold it all from furniture and auto parts to cars and boats naturally my next step is real estate.

I just did a drive by today and noticed my tenant is storing an excessive amount of household items in the yard, including indoor furniture.

If you want to factor in utilities and furniture for the house, it's about 9-15 months before everything is paid for with the profits generated by each individual STR. 

I mean you would have to deal with the Marshal and then you need to do something with tenants furniture if marshal kicks them out.

My desire is to be a full time Children's Pastor without being a burden on the church I go to, so having my own cash flow.
