This is just me 'in character' as a heartless and soulless entity run by a board of directors representing stockholders. 

There are a lot of shady characters in this space...

Their honesty, integrity, character, etc.    

He may be a great friend; but that doesn't always speak to their business "character".  

Best to work with people who have a proven track record and are of good character.  

That said, my parents did lose a lot of money in the Swiss RE market (although they attribute most of it to Swiss laws being unfavorable to foreign owners).As you are already aware, there's a glut of information on BP for how to invest in the US market.

I've called on listings both for lease and sale never to hear from the agent, that sometimes it may just be attributed to a lazy agent.

Last I heard the neighbors were protesting the latest improvements because they didnt want to lose the "character" through gentrification.I dont know what to make of the place.

Individuals may or may not have human aggressive traits, and this can often be attributed to whether or not the dog is spayed or neutered.
