Problem 2: The utility company has asked me to sign new documentation as a "supplemental easement"; essentially stating that this new document would serve to act in conjunction with the prior easement, to solidify control of the easement area to the utility company and its successors, indefinitely.

You may be in a financially different situation than me, but I'm not in a place where I can pay for housing for strangers indefinitely. 

This will indefinitely happen.

Hi Jim,I’ve watched a municipality have a temporary moratorium on issuing new STR permits, people buy waiting for it to lift only to learn the city changed their minds and voted to make the moratorium indefinite.

We recently got in touch with a recovery home operator who was interested in the Philadelphia market and were close to signing a lease for the company to operate out of our building, but the company has encountered issues with the city and has extended their pre-lease timeline indefinitely.
