It's heavily dependent on the types of properties and the effectiveness your processes and systems.If you don't have systems and processes in place, you may struggle to manage 30 on your own.

The challenge for me will be to attempt to mirror this type of financing approach to Southern Calif. real estate. 

Now, let's adjust structure type as that alone will get some really good focus right.
