HD has its own in-house brand (Allure).I'm never an advocate for taking shortcuts in rehab and find it frustrating when we acquire a property which has been treated in such a manner.  

And I would pay the note directly to the bank (on the first of each month) and always provide proof of payment to the seller which is a benefit for both and I currently manage two properties for my mother so I'm not exactly brand new to real estate.

If there are thousands of brand new, rental units down the street, will supply outpace demand? 

Brand new to real estate investing and looking to use wholesaling as a starting point to grow my capital before diving into buy and hold rental properties.
