@Scott Mac in my opinion both the brown and green colors are too bold for apartments.

The CPI is a measure of inflation calculated monthly by Statistics Canada using data that reflects economic conditions over the past year.The guideline applies to most residential rental accommodations covered by the Residential Tenancies Act.

Statistically it is probably safer than a lot of "safe professions".

If you get licensed you could work with buy and hold investors or regular house buyers at much higher price levels.Almost 13 years in this business  I have learned statistically what has a high chance of closing and what is 1 in 1,000 (pipe dream miracle to happen).

Does anyone use lead generation sites like Homesnap pro+, RedX, bold leads, etc. that they like and actually give you qualified leads? 

If anyone has found a competitor that actually does what Investor Carrot claims to do (and what Bold Leads does for agents), I'd love recommendations.
