It's a shame, because STL was well positioned to make some of the same strides that Denver and Nashville are making. 

Feeding one company you own with funds from another company you own in an audit may be considered a sham transaction by the IRS and cause more problems than you think especially loading more expenses from the RE LLC.

You should be ashamed of yourself. 

I know there are many situations where homeowners are ashamed to have realtors see the condition of their property or perhaps they are so far overdue on their taxes, they don't think they have a chance of listing with an agent. 

My financial situation won't allow me to just risk investing in anything in my area so I am not as flexible.As for the podcasts, I have watched some of them although I am somewhat ashamed to admit that I watch them to help sleep but I did learn from some of them.

@Jerry Batista, I've looked at a few things in that area but most of what I looked at was overpriced (for me anyway).It was a shame because I like the area and I think it has good potential.
